FEATURED BEER:     Collaborator's "Sled Crasher"

SPECIAL FEATURE:     Mountain Meadows Mead

Back again, after being a huge success last year, the Holiday Ale Festival
is pleased to serve Mountain Mead . Known in olden times as Nectar of the Gods,
Mead is a natural wine made from honey. Mountain Meadows Mead is a unique
family-owned micro-winery located in a small town in California's northern
Sierra Nevada Mountains. Its Meads have won top awards in international
competitions. They will be selling their Spice Nectar, a Mead mulled with
ginger and tropical spices; and their Cranberry Mead, a sweet but tart drink
made from Oregon cranberries and honey.
